We didn't just stop at our original ecommerce website brief for fashion retailer Pockets. We work closely with the Pockets team to drive people to the site through marketing activity such as email campaigns and are always looking for ways to increase online sales.
Solution
We continually monitor website traffic and user experience, shaping the website in response to this intelligence. When we discovered conversion levels online could be improved, we optimised the checkout system to make it simpler and easier for fashionistas to buy online, improving online conversion levels.
